VENUVO offers an online intake service for HVAC work (air conditioning, heat pumps, maintenance, replacement) in Belgium. We receive your request and assess it technically. Then we either send you a remote quote — where that is responsible — or first schedule a technical visit. The installation itself is carried out by VENUVO BV or by a screened installation partner under our coordination.

Sending a request is free and entirely without obligation. An agreement only comes into being once you accept a signed quote. Example amounts, discount illustrations or subsidy indications on the site are indicative — your personalised quote is the only binding price.

The photos, plans or descriptions you send us are used exclusively to assess your request technically and draw up a quote. We do not share them publicly or for marketing purposes, unless you give explicit written permission.

Subsidy information and VAT rates (including the reduced 6% renovation rate) depend on your personal situation and current legislation. We check them per file and confirm them in the quote. Before that confirmation, subsidies and rates shown on this site are not a guarantee.

We aim to keep the information on this site correct and current, but do not guarantee that the content is error-free or always up to date. Our liability is limited to the amount of any work actually performed and, in any event, to what Belgian consumer law permits.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of consumer law.
